I have been seen Dr Bergman for some 18 years now I think? I pay out of pocket because I do not trust anyone else. She is down to earth, LISTENS, AND CARES!

Dr Bergman is my Primary Care for over 4 yrs since I moved to TX. I trust her knowledge and appreciate the relaxed atmosphere where she takes time to listen and then offers direction. She doesn’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist if she feels necessary. Her bedside manner isn’t matched in this city !! I love the small office and I must recognize Ebony, she is thorough and can give a shot you will never feel ??. It’s been hard to get appts as of late, however I planned to resolve that at my next visit.

We have gone to Dr Bergman for 10 years. She is always very thoughtful, listens to our needs and is open to multiple forms of treatment. Her new office where she is the only Doctor is a much better experience than where she shared offices.

Being in healthcare myself, I can say she is one of the best doctors. She genuinely cares for her patients, does not rush through your appointment and her assistant, Ebony is wonderful too.

Dr. Bergman is the most caring and incredible doctor I know. She truly cares about the patient and listens. There aren't enough doctors like her out there. I have been a patient of her for almost 10 years now and would follow her anywhere. I am blessed to have found someone so grounded.

Horrible staff, they wouldn't had my ID and insurance card back to me but instead handed it to another nurse for her to exam it and then gave it back. after waiting over an hour to see the doctor, after they had already rescheduled my appointment twice! She spent a total of 2 minutes with me. The nurse left the room mid conversation and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Never going back and warning my family, coworkers and friends never to see her or the practice!

I changed providers because I was not happy with my last one. He seemed to talk down to me like I did not have a clue what was going on with my body. Dr. Bergman, though, is GREAT! She took the time to address all of my concerns and answered all of my questions with detail and patience. Her nurse is really great too. I will be keeping this provider.
