Annual eye exam and follow up of early cataracts
Outstanding customer care, organized and timely. Dr. Wickliffe always brings a scribe in the exam room so she can focus on her patients and not typing notes

Bilateral Cataract
As a RN, what most impressed me was Dr Wickliffe’s attention to detail. She made it extremely clear what procedure I needed and that I could possibly need readers with even the laser procedure.. She did an excellent job of giving me information and was never rushed in speaking with me. The whole experience has been like clock work from the staff at the front office to each testing station gathering info so she would have as soon as she walked in the room. Confident, impressive bedside manner and always felt that the entire surgical team was caring for me. Their Surgery center is top of the line and all the nursing staff who cared for me had experience in operating room or in previous jobs that gave them experience working with surgery patients. My night driving & distance improved in 24 hrs. My up close surgery was done 2 1/2 weeks ago and the morning after I realized I was reading my devotional WITHOUT MY READERS .Now Wear for fine print and out of habit. Eye drops only$$

Was assured that by getting the most expensive lenses and lasik I would only need reader cheater glasses at the most. My vision is worse than it was with my eye glasses and cataracts. It was never explained that the referring Dr would provide follow-up. She was done with me after 1 post op visit for each eye. Very expensive out of pocket with very poor results. Can't pluck my eyebrows or put makeup on. Distance is the same as before surgery per my eye Dr.

My experience was awful. I feared lens replacement surgery because my father had gone blind at an early age from cataract surgery. She assured me that there would be no problems. She talked me into getting the more expensive replacement lens, saying they would assure I would never have to wear glasses again. After the surgery, I had nothing but problems. She kept telling me to give it time. Now, I'm having to see another ophthalmologist to correct the mess made.
