Amazing doctor
Took time to understand what I needed. She is a strict doctor as in she will give you medicine you need not what you want. She is very kind and understanding.

Mean Girl: the Medical Visit
I made an appointment to establish care after my previous PCP moved. I spent 30 minutes being bullied and insulted and left sobbing. I was insulted for asking for a COVID test after having 2 close contacts from work within that week and coming down suddenly with a fever and chastised every time I asked a question. I would NEVER be comfortable discussing concerns or having any vulnerable procedures done. I have avoided medical care since seeing her because I don’t want to go through that again.

Never Returning – Mar 12, 2024

After waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment, I was rushed out of my appointment. Doctor was dismissive of my concerns. She has no bedside manor. Did not offer help or even seemed concern. She changes appointments the day before. Honestly if you hate your job quit. Never going back.

I don't care for Dr. Whitehorns service. The wait time is long, and she has a very cold demeanor about her. She can also be insulting at times when you ask a question of her. I also had test results, that in which she did not explain certain ones that are of concern to me. I've tried calling her several times to discuss these with her, and she has not return my calls. It's always her assistant who keeps calling me. It's time to find another physician who has a more professional and caring approach.

Dr. Whitehorn is very knowledgeable. The wait is about 10-15 minutes. Her office hours are very restricted. Her bedside manner is lacking, to put it nicely. I don't like for people to coddle me or sugar coat things, but Dr. Whitehorn is quite cold and condescending. Her snippy comments are not professional at all. I have thick skin and am offended every time I visit her. All of this caused me to find another primary doctor.

I went to her office on Tuesday. She has a great bedside minor. A great bed side manner won't safe my life when you office staff is unable to send referral appropriately. A person is only has strong as their link. If you have poor staff then your great bedside manner can't save lives.
