My family loves Heart Of the City - We use both their pharmacy and pediatrics. Have been with the pediatrics for 8 years. I decided to see a dr in the HOC office, since our experiences had been so positive. From my first visit, the problems began. Dr Thornburg was rude, brusque, and completely inept at articulating her choices as a doctor. Though I was only a patient there for 6 months, I am still reeling from my experiences there. Stay far, far away.
