Not a good experience for my healthcare needs..
Just an all around bad experience from the last few years. Bad wait times, rescheduled appointments and sometimes I felt that because of my race my level of service was subpar. I could see it while I sat there and waited by how they spoke to me verses how they spoke to others. I found another doctor. Now I cant get my records sent over.

Omg so I’m at the Drs in Raeford. My appointment was at 7:40 When I got here the dr had not showed up yet after I sat for an hour now I can hear her in the phone outside my door making several personal phone calls and I’m still sitting here waiting on her, it’s now 9:30 like Really?? Can you please make personal phone calls on your time not mine …. Unbelievabley UnProfessional . My time is just as much a value and had I showed up 15 minutes late she would have cancelled and charged me!

Wait times are ridiculously long upward to 3 hours, never waited less than 2 hours and the whole staff with the exception of one young man are horrible at responding and communication. I have messages from September that have never been answered

Dr. Karen Smith has been our family doctor for 20 years. She took care of our baby after birth, my husband & I for almost anything & even my 84 year old mother. She has actually made a few house calls and always will find a way to see us if we really needed it. We all are very comfortable with her recommendations! She has taken good care of us for a long time!

Very rude staff. Try to make conversation but it is very minimal and dry. Everyone seems to hate working as well as be sooo extremely ready to leave. If you do get a smile it is very short lived and awkward. Wait is unbearable. Dr. Is also just as bad. Does not know hw to communicate. These people act like they do not need you to conduct a business.

I am a very busy person and this doctor’s office is not conducive to anyone who is expected to be seen on time. I usually schedule my appointments to be the last one of the day due to my works schedule and still get seen hours after my appointment time. I know if I am ever scheduled to her office for an appointment, I will have to block my entire afternoon. I am trying to get a new doctor at this time due to the poor time management this office has demonstrated.

Dr. Smith has been my pcm since 2009. Unfortunately, although she is a good and caring doctor the situation in her office has gotten progressively worse. The TRUE average wait time is more likely 1 1/2-3 hrs. I have often had to wait nearly an hour just to have vitals taken only to be moved to another waiting area or room to wait an additional hour before being seen. The staff routinely neglects to submit insurance referral requests for specialty referrals. Manage your own care here.

Just met with Dr. SMITH this morning and truly, I could not be happier. TV, patient and understanding. I had my bypass two months ago,.. so, I walked in plenty of questions. She took the time to explain to me what I was feeling, from the physical to theemotional symptoms. It is a shame that I can only give her 5 stars for surely I would go higher. Knute Winston Salem, NC

It always takes 3 to 4 hours in that doctor's office. she doesn't communicate well with her patients. she doesn't even know you by name. she has too many appointments. Went one day at 2 pm and did not leave until 6 30 pm. it is ridiculous. She won't even touch you other than to look at your stomach and make you say ahhh! It is just crazy. You get prescriptions and don't even know it. She needs to focus on her patients or get some help, because she is too slow. your health is in danger!

I was a new patient and was told to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 1:40 for my 2pm appointment. I was not checked in or even acknowledged until 2:15. After being checked in I wasn't even given any paperwork to fill out. At 3:20 a nurse finally came in and did my vitals. The nurse then proceeded to put a cup with my name down on the sink and walk out. I did not see or hear from anyone for 2 hours after that.
