Competent, Caring, Communicative
My exam took place in the excellent Oregon Clinic West, where my previous exams have occurred. On a very busy day, I was asked about, and agreed to, having a different doctor do the procedure. I count it a blessing to have first met Dr. Saks, and then to have her do the exam, followed by her caring, professional follow-up conversation as I recovered. The exam itself is very easy: I remember nothing at all, and it could have been any doctor at all. Dr. Saks, on this hectic day in a very efficient clinic, took time to get acquainted. She cares, she is very positive, and very thorough in sharing the complete results. Her bedside manner is reassuring, and one can have complete confidence in her abilities and professional manner. Get tested. It's easy, private, and could save your life. I recommend Dr. Saks and Dr. Williams, but I trust any of the staff.

It was all good. Courteous, seemed caring, seemed to have done research from my file before the appt. Knew what was going on with me for the most part. The Clinic seemed to be very Covid safe and clean. Very importantly to me also there was no long wait. Got in right away. Ill come back! 5 stars for the first appt.

Every one at the clinic were nice, friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed in was the instructions about fasting. It stated that I was to fast 24 hours prior to the procedure. My procedure was scheduled at 10am so I had breakfast the morning prior. This affected my results so that I have to come back in a year and do it again. If I need to fast 36 hours, please instruct me to do so.

The overall experience was good (as can be for the procedure) I felt like I was informed all along the way and everyone was caring and explained everything that I was going through. Dr. Saks was friendly, informative, forthright thorough and succinct. She answered all my questions in understandable terms. Her support staff were professional, caring and highly competent. When my prescription was initially denied by insurance Jamie in pharmacy support went to bat for me and made it happen. Great teamwork!
