Dr. Karen Rosewater, MD

I came to Dr Rosewater after my family doctor retired. I came to her with an already extensive medical history and needed someone to help me find specialists. Karen leaves NO. STONE. UNTURNED. if you even so much as suggest you might want certain testing or a certain specialist, her office will get back to you before you’ve even gotten home. She’s been excellent with maintaining patient confidentiality between me and my sister, who she also sees. I cannot say the same about other doctors we have both seen at the same time. She is gentle and understanding about food issues and weight management. She is trusting and trustworthy. I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with her and her office.

Dr Rosewater has a gift in her ability to challenge her patients who may be engaging in unhealthy behaviors while simultaneously supporting them in their journey. She collaborates well with other providers and is responsive to her patients.

She is maybe the worst doctor I’ve ever had. She doesn’t understand how to handle a patient or their family in a tough situation without getting scared, over-dramatic, and blowing it way out of proportion. She also does the same tests multiple times unnecessarily to make more money, and she is entirely untrustworthy. Don’t tell her anything in confidence unless you want your parents and entire family to know, there is no such thing as doctor-patient confidentiality at her office.
