Dr. Karen Roane, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Roane’s for over 10 years now. I started seeing her at the White Oak location and followed her and nurse Venita (Vi) over to Brier Creek. I have referred my mother, my mother-in-law, and my greatest gem, my daughter, to Dr. Roane. She and nurse Vi feel like extended family to me and I know that I am in great hands with them. Yes, there have been times where the wait was a bit extended, however; when you get in the back you will see why!! Dr. Roane takes her time with me. I never feel the “hurry up I got to go” pressure when asking questions. Dr. Roane takes her time to explain everything and I feel confident when I leave that all my concerns were addressed. Also, she will remind me of things 7-8 years ago that I forgot about myself. Which tells me that she does a thorough review of my entire medical record, not just of the last few years. She does her homework before she walks in room with me. The day that Dr. Roane retires will be a sad day for me.

Dr. Roane has been my GYN for 9yrs now. Never disappoints. Health concerns and issues are Vidal to her. She is very protective of her patients and want the best for them.

Dr Roan takes The time to explain procedures and every test or examination. She’s been my doctor for over 15 years she came highly recommended from a friend and another physician. Her office staff are very professional and courteous. Ms Violet (Vi ) is sharp and always on top of what’s going on with you as a patient as well. I travel an hour to Dr Roans office because of all of the above reasons. This practice is exceptional!

Awful. Wait 2 hours in exam room! Test results never told

I love the care she provides. She exemplifies excellent bed-side manners making sure to explain in detail anything about which there is a concern. Nurse Vi is one of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, no sense of urgency, RUDE staff.
