I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Richardson! I was nervous at first at first as I was not sure what to expect. She took the time to truly listen and understand my health concerns. Her compassionate, knowledgeable, and holistic approach to weight loss and hormone balance has completely transformed my life. Before seeing Dr. Richardson, I struggled for years with stubborn weight, fatigue, and frustrating hormone imbalances. She created a customized plan tailored to my unique needs—not just a generic solution—and walked me through every step of the process with care and encouragement. What I appreciate most is how she treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. She explains everything clearly, answers all my questions, and genuinely wants to see her patients thrive. Thanks to Dr. Richardson, I feel healthier, more confident, and empowered to maintain a lifestyle that supports my long-term well-being.I

My only regret is I did not find her sooner!

I saw Dr. Richardson because I just felt no matter what I did I just never felt 'good'. I could not lose weight, I did not sleep well and I had no energy. Dr. Richardson's approach is different from other doctors in that she uses functional medicine. I was not quite sure the difference at the time, but not I truly understand. I have lost 30 pounds, I feel amazing, I just enjoy each day so much more. I had to buy some new clothes, but that is SO worth it. Honestly, I saved so much money on food it paid for the entire treatment. I should not have waited so long.

Dr. Richardson is very kind and thorough. She is very intelligent and that comes across while she is helping you figure out what is wrong. She takes the extra time to make sure you are on the right track. I did not have much success until Dr. Richardson started to think outside the box and her demeanor is very professional.

They are not in-network with any ins. company & WILL BACK BILL YOU! I have 2 ins. policies & they have been paid $760 from both companies for 99285 & 93010. They have been reimbursed over Medicare allowable for these codes but yet STILL BACKBILL. Karen Richardson never SET FOOT in my ER room much less laid eyes on me & she billed 99285 (ED visit-Level 5) $878 & the PA who DID see me billed 93010 (EKG) $71. They take advantage of those in life or death situations only to benefit their pocketbook
