I saw Dr. Richardson because I just felt no matter what I did I just never felt 'good'. I could not lose weight, I did not sleep well and I had no energy. Dr. Richardson's approach is different from other doctors in that she uses functional medicine. I was not quite sure the difference at the time, but not I truly understand. Dr. Richardson is very kind and thorough. She is very intelligent and that comes across while she is helping you figure out what is wrong. They are not in-network with any ins. company & WILL BACK BILL YOU! I have 2 ins. policies & they have been paid $760 from both companies for 99285 & 93010. They have been reimbursed over Medicare allowable for these codes but yet STILL BACKBILL. Karen Richardson never SET FOOT in my ER room much less laid eyes on me & she billed 99285 (ED visit-Level 5) $878 & the PA who DID see me billed 93010 (EKG) $71. They take advantage of those in life or death situations only to benefit their pocketbook
