Very dismissive of symptom complaints. Did not think my fatigue and joint pain following two back to back respiratory viruses were related to my autoimmune disease. Also would send messages in the portal that didn’t make sense. For example asking me in the appointment if scheduling at a different campus would be more convenient for me and I told her it was so that was where we scheduled the appointment. Then a month or two sending a message in the portal saying that it was a mistake I was scheduled at the other campus. She forgot our conversation. She also had messaged another time in the portal that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled with her when I very clearly showed a scheduled appointment online with her. Sent a second and different set of after visit summary papers in the mail to my house about a month after I had seen her with different information talking about “fibromyalgia syndrome” which was nothing we had talked about at the appointment. I don’t have fibro myalgia.

Terrible, I have seen this Dr. twice and the two follow up appointments have been cancelled by her office without calling me. She does not listen to the patient, and seems not to even care about long term consistency of care. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Horrible. I have seen many Rheumatologists over the years due to autoimmune issues and this is the first time I have ever felt that either the doctor did not know what he or she was doing or just did not care. I could go on and on about the lack of care received over the past two years, unfortunately my insurance limits the providers I can see so I am stuck. I hope this helps someone else get stuck in this situation. You CANNOT change providers once you are a patient in this practice!!!

Not positive at all. This was only the second time I had seen her for a total of about two hours. After I got home after the second visit, I read the notes from the appointment. Among her comments for me was that I "went on a rant" about pain management and she added that I had a "dramatically low pain tolerance." How she came about assessing my pain tolerance levels is beyond me when we've only met for less than two hours. It's unfortunate that Dr. Reardon lacks any grace or empathy because she certainly has the qualifications to be a good doctor. I would honestly think twice about seeing her. She has a knack for not listening to the patient at all. Also, she made both appointments about pain medication when that was not my question. I was asking how to manage the pain if narcotics were not an option as she stated. She said absolutely nothing about this and made comments in the notes that made it seem like I was begging for narcotics. Shameful.

No, i would not refer this provider to friends or family. I was referred to Rheumatology by a provider because I have family history, abnormal lab and X-ray results, as well as symptoms. However, she refused to review my x-ray disc and was extremely dismissive of my symptoms. She insinuated that someone in their twenties with arthritis and bone spurs is normal. I will not be seeing this provider again nor would I recommend her to anyone
