've been going to Dr. Millender for the past year and half and she's the FIRST physician in my life to actually take time to hear my concerns and show that she cares. Sometimes the wait is lengthy but the time that she spends with EVERY patient explains why. She takes her time, she's professional, she doesn't run in and run out - rushing - like most family physicians. She's a smart woman who makes sound medical decisions and truly cares about her patients. I always feel heard and reassured.

I only left 1 star because that's the lowest rating available. Was very thorough in recording my history, but that was it. No diagnoses or even real suggestions about anything I asked about. I feel like she and her nurse are completely incompetent. Will not return to her in the future, nor would I ever recommend to anyone else.

Good thing it wasn't fatal in Lake Jackson, TX – Aug 24, 2016

Waited over 2 hours on initial appointment. When she did see me, she was extremely thorough, spending 45 minutes going over my health history. Since that time, I can not get an appointment with her. I cannot get prescription refilled with her. Phone calls are not returned or are returned with no explanation why prescription isn't refilled. This doctor is playing with the lives of her patients. She made her money for the initial exam and has no interest in any follow up. Caveat emptor.
