Dr. Karen Mihalik-Potoczak, MD

I love Dr. Mihalik, I have been with her for years, after my surgery, I woke up in the middle of the night and she was sitting next to my bed, we had a nice conversation, she made sure I was getting good care . She went above and beyond for me.

Worst example of a doctor I ever had. Was not there the morning of the surgery nor was she there after the surgery. Called me on the phone screaming at me for asking to have ice chips after surgery. I cant even believe she is still practicing. Her co workers and staff rarely stay very long. Bad track record. Requires payment up front and that speaks volumes.

Not really even a star she is loud rude , condescending know it all class A jerk.. I had surgery and she didn't even bother to see me before surgery or before I was discharged she barely had time to let my husband know how it went afterwards .. not cool . I expected since she was a women herself to have compassion dealing with female issues... nope not her ! Don't bother go anywhere she isn't!

I wouldn't even give this office 1 star. Staff is always rude. The woman in charge of billing does not do her job correctly and tried sending me to collections when an insurance write off was necessary.

Literally the worst experience ever. She is rude, condescending, arrogant, LOUD, and humiliating. Loud can be very embarrassing when the walls are so thin. She has NO professionalism, doesn't adequately answer questions, and was extremely belittling when speaking to me.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor. Disgusting personality- totally condescending and rude, ignored what I was saying, could not be bothered to have a conversation with me. Horrible doctor, did not diagnose me correctly- DON'T BOTHER!

She ignored my complaints of pain and constant bleeding. Refused to even examine me during my last visit stating that all I needed was midol. She then told me to get up and go to the window to check out. When I was slow to get up, she said oh come on! No woman has ever had cramps so bad she couldn't walk! Now get up and go to the window! I was sick. I ended up in the emergency room that night. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis that required surgery.

long story short, worst experience of my life. see anyone else. I am sure there are others in the area!

Karen has been my doctor for almost 20 years. Her and the staff have been wonderful. I have always liked how I could talk to Karen about anything and that she took my health and care as seriously as I do. I could schedule appointments easily and not have to wait. Karen will be my physician until she retires. Love her!!! and her staff!!! Ellen

I do not recommend Dr. Mihalik especially for cosmetic surgery. She used her own products on herself and her employees and bragged to me about it. I was going to go to her for the smart liposuction. I paid for part of my services and was rescheduled many times prior to the procedure due to her being on vacation. When I came back for the appointment I was horrified by herself treated botox injections. I was disgusted when I saw her face,she seemed very out of it, only focused on procedure cost.

She was very unfriendly and rude to me. That is not how you treat a patient, or any person.
