I was a patient of Dr. Kellogs when she had her practice in Fairlwwn, OH. Sbe was very competent, and kind. I was disappointed when she closed her practice in Fairlawn..I'm sorry that I can't judge her situation at the VA hospital. My survey answers were for her private practice before she went to the VA Hospital.
