I have been a log time patient of Dr. Jordan's. For over 2 years I have not been able to get an appointment with her or Dr. Ward unless I wait months for an appointment....YET their website indicates they are accepting new patients! I have some issues that need to be seen by a doctor not a nurse practitioner. I guess I will have to go elsewhere.

Dr. Jordan performed MOHS surgery on the tip of my nose to remove BCC. I insisted on meeting with Dr. Jordan prior to the surgery to discuss alternatives and she reassured me that she would provide a cosmetically acceptable outcome. Unfortunately after the surgery she abandons you. Went in one week later to have stiches removed. The nurse wasn't even going to let me talk to Dr. Jordan to see if my skin graft was healing properly. When I left I tried to get a follow up appointment to understand next steps in the reconstruction process. Once again had to insist on an appointment. I called the other day because I am concerned the skin graft didn't take. Was "blown off" my whoever answered the phone and was told it was normal for your graft to turn black and everyone heals at a different rate. To me this is so unprofessional and shouldn't be an acceptable standard of care after a skin graft. So disappointed in the lack of caring for patients.

The doctor is a terrible person. She is very unprofessional. Rushed right through my appointment. Then overcharged my visit. Looked at my patient portal and saw diagnosis that were never discussed.

I was give Dr. Jordan's info from a neighbor. Tried setting up an appointment, but was put on hold for over 8 min and then treated poorly by the phone attendant. Told me that Dr. Jordan was all booked next 2 months and I could only see her assistant if I wanted to get in sooner. I asked if her assistant was qualified to remove a basil cell cancer, which I have a history of this type of cancer. Said only Dr. Jordan could do any type of procedures. Basically poor service and given run around.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Jordan to any one who has any signs skin cancer. She is a great professional. She had performed Mohs surgery on my face three times. There is absolutely no way anyone could even tell I had cancer spots removed. She did such an excellent job.
