Dr Jackson has always been incredibly respectful, supportive and leads with care. Every issue that I have had arise from serious health concerns to needing medical forms filled out for my children's school - Dr Jasckson has handled efficiently, respectfully and with the highest degree of care.

Dr Jackson always listens and is ready to help. She runs the tests she needs and is very thorough. She never treats me like I'm being paranoid or irresponsible or wasting her time... even when it's something minor.

Awful to deal with. She was so horrible when I asked for some Tylenol 3 for bad days with back pain from an injury I sustained years ago and my chronic period pain that I cried in the car after leaving. I was treated like a drug addict or dealer in front of my small daughter, called a liar and told that my SIJ injury 'didn't make sense'. She'd never been a delight to deal with but that was the last straw. I moved to a new provider immediately.

Dr. Jackson should not be a doctor. She is extremely unkind. She was so awful when I got an IUD. She couldn't get it in the first time, so I had to come back. She eventually did it, but when I came back a month later she told me that it fell out and proceeded to make me feel like I was stupid for not knowing that it fell out. Well, turns out it was still in there, but she cut the strings WAY too short. The doc who took it out said Dr. Jackson had no idea what she was doing.

Worst doctor ever in Burlingame, CA – May 04, 2017

Extremely difficult to work with. responds to questions with that's best discussed at another time. Negligent in follow up care, rude and simply does not want to listen - actually will say stop talking several times during a visit. Unable to correctly recall discussions and statements that she makes during previous visits. Inaccurately summarizes appointment details. Negligent in ensuring that patient medication prescriptions are submitted properly and on time.
