When I have an appointment with Dr.Apodaca my wait time is less than 5 minutes. She is thorough and always explain clearly. She takes care of her patients and very honest with her findings.

She was dismissive of my health care concerns. She didn't even write down the majority of my complaints or seem to listen to me. I've since gone to a different health care provider.

Rude,, brusque, never even read my file. Just said I have 15 minutes to speed up the questions. Still awaiting her to review my pharmacy's questions to have a prescription refilled after 5 days. Worst Dr. visit ever!!

ADORE HER. I HAVE REFERRED MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HER. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK ARE VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT.

Karen is a great doctor. She is efficient, fast and straight to the point. I never have to wait past my appointment time like most doctors offices. Her medical assistant is very friendly and colleen at the front desk is always pleasant.

Some people don't like how blunt she is but I found her to be straight to the point and honest. Very refreshing, she will tell you what is wrong not what you want to hear.

Zero compassion. Condescending. Rude. In 20 years of dealing with chronic disease, I have never been treated so poorly.

Karen was my doctor during the three years I lived in Arizona. I do plan to go back. I don't like it here in Florida. I am hoping Karen will make room for me on her list. She is a very excellent doctor who saved my life on more than one occasion. I lived in Camp Verde back then. This time I will likely live in Cottonwood.

I'm just not crazy about her manner of dealing with patients, she is patronizing and officious, not very approachable about long standing issues and tells you that you may have your way of doing things but she is the Doctor and she will do what she feels is right regardless of whether or not you agree or disagree. I find her to be a very non personable Doctor with patient to Doctor relationships.
