Dr. Kara Tiffany, MD

The role of an Urgent Care is to provide immediate care until you are able to be seen by your regular doctor or specialist. Dr. Tiffany refused to accept that I was not comfortable following her advice, especially as it went against what I had been told by three other doctors. It was her way or the highway regardless of the fact that within a few hours I would see our specialist who had cared for the wound for weeks. She was unwilling to even listen to me or let me explain the situation before she snapped to judgment and tried to guilt me and bully me. The fact that I had to sign an AMA form to get antibiotics for my son is very disturbing. I would counsel parents to choose a different urgent care where the doctor doesn’t use guilt and bullying tactics to have their way instead of listening to and working with the parent and fellow specialists. She was terribly unprofessional and I doubt I will ever go back to Banner Children’s Urgent Care because of her.

Dr. Tiffany is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Tiffany is current with today's treatments. Never makes my family feel rushed and answers all my questions. Dr.Tiffany is very organized and punctual. I appreciate her knowledge and helpfulness. I would highly recommend her and her wonderful office staff! Love the sick visit and well visit separation at the office as well.

I am a first time mom and had couple of questions regarding vaccination for my ( back then) 2 month old baby. She told me she only have 15 minutes for me and my questions i should purchase and read a book. I was speechless I couldn't believe how heartless she was. I mean she was OKAY by taking my and my insurance money but she didn't have time for couple of questions. She didn't care and I never went back there. The front desk is no better no friendliness long fingernails and marker eyebrows.
