Waste of my time
The appointment with her was a waste of time. I got more helpful information from the internet. She was condescending when I asked questions, rude and impatient with my father (who has dementia, thus the reason we were there) and indifferent to our situation.

  • Appointment wasn't rushed
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
  • Long wait times

1 star because I can’t leave zero stars
Dr. Chisholm is singularly the worst physician I have ever had dealings with. She was humorless and not only seemed devoid of empathy she seemed to belittle me or total ignore my concerns and questions. Instead telling me to follow up with my own doctor as she ‘doesn’t do that type of thing’. I would not go back to her under any circumstances. I would rather wait for an appointment with another doctor. Bed side manner is absent.

I thought about changing my appointment my pcp made for me after reading most of these reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t. She was professional, took her time, asked a lot of questions and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to family and or friends

Dissapointing
Bad bedside manner, condescending…… made me uncomfortable to question my condition or explain my symptoms. Horrible experience.

Was disappointed with all my visits with Dr Chisholm. Her bedside manner was cold and I felt she took my symptoms lightly. I asked my PCP to switch me to a new neurologist.

I find Dr. Chisholm to be very condescending and not a great listener. I'm disappointed because I expected more from a woman doctor, as women frequently are dismissed within healthcare.
