My baby girl had Torticollis since birth and we kept asking for guidance about how to start physical therapy to ensure that she does not get flat head. Dr. Carter kept on downplaying the whole things and then actually caused delay to recommend her for Physical Therapy. She showed no care whatsoever to seek a second opinion. My wife and I - both are engineers and we do seek second opinions in our profession. Now that we are seeing another doctor, we have learnt that there is no such protocol for

I moved to Texas about 1 1/2 years ago and all 4 of my children have had the same pediatrician since they were born, so you can understand my reservations in trying to find a new one. Dr. Kara Carter is absolutely excellent! She is very thorough, she listens very intently to both my children and myself. She is so personable, caring, and interested in the child as a whole (asking about their school year, eating, sleeping, screen time, exercise, etc...) Dr. Carter is a fantastic choice for us!

My daughter and I love Dr. Carter. She is always friendly and willing to answer questions. I don't feel rushed. She recently moved from the Cypress campus to the Katy campus and we followed her to Katy.
