10 Gold Stars ?
I felt heard and seen by Dr. Moza and staff the moment I walked into my consultation. Dr. Moza is kind, funny and very professional. I knew I was literally in the "best hands" for my ACDF spine surgery and additional surgery to follow. An answer to prayer, is an understatement. More like an angel with talent setting him apart. Even post surgery he was very much involved with keeping my family informed step by step. I'm still in the early healing process and already recommending Dr. Moza to other people. My family and I are blessed to have such a wonderful Doctor taking such good care of me. Giving me a chance for a new lease in life. Thank you, Dr Moza! ?????????? ?LB

Dr. Moza and his staff are wonderful! They were extremely attentive and always made sure to check on me after surgery. I have been having pain on my left outer thigh area for some time. Dr. Moza performed a laminectomy and aside from the surgical pain my pain is gone. I thank everyone at TOSH for being so sweet and courteous, they were all so wonderful. Thank you Dr. Moza, this is the second surgery and everyone at his facility has been amazing!!

Dr. Moza and his staff are wonderful! He removed a growth in my lower left back that had given me pain for 10 years. The size of it was in between an egg and a tennis ball. Immediately after the surgery my pain was gone (except for the pain from the incision, but that was actually WAY less than the pain I had been experiencing for so many years). I am so happy to be pain-free now and I even plan on taking up golf again soon.

Went to see him to have a Laminectomy done after exhausting ALL avenues of PT and other forms of non-surgical remedies. I'm still the same as before I saw him. He claimed that my spinal discs had opened back up to normal and that I could resume a decent quality of recreation activities. Very unpleasant with no good result! Waited for over 5 hours for my procedure, partly due to the fact that his new Mercedes was delivered from the Dealer at lunch time so I was delayed. Communication was very poor with him including follow up. His staff was slightly better but not overly energetic. It's been a few years and I'm right back where I started going thru PT and dealing with constant lower back and leg numbness and pain! I highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about this type of procedure not to rush into it and evaluate all other options before making this decision.

I am so grateful to Dr. Kapil Moza, not only for his brilliance as a surgeon, but for his compassion and his uncompromising commitment to my health. For three weeks I suffered the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. I got in to see Dr. Moza that day. Dr. Moza expedited getting me in for surgery two days later. He removed a large 2cm extruded disc fragment that was twisted into the nerve root at L-3 and L-4. This required a very delicate procedure to lift the nerve root in order to remove the fragment. If this was not enough, Dr. Moza discovered a cyst on the left side of L-4 and L-5 that was on the nerve. Four years earlier I was diagnosed with a condition called foot drop leaving me unable to flex my foot and walk normally. I was told that there was nothing to be done for this condition. Dr. Moza removed the cyst and I no longer have foot drop. Dr. Moza has given me a life-altering gift. I am pain free and I have renewed energy and mobility. Thank you for giving me my life back.

I called the office on New Years Days after spending all of New Years Eve in the ER. The awesome office staff called me back on New Years Day, along with a follow up call from Dr. Moza. They opened up the office early for me the next day to be seen. In short I was very well taken care of and necessary surgery scheduled after decades of Lumbar back issues. Post surgery, direct all hours access to Dr. Moza with any questions is incredible and very helpful.

Dr. Moza is the most brilliant neurosurgeon in the world!! I just got out of the hospital and will update my review as time goes by but I have to say that I believe Dr. Moza just saved my life on many different levels. I had a previous 6 level cervical fusion 3 years ago with a different spine surgeon and I have been in pain and getting worse and worse since the surgery. I have so many blessings in my life but this wore me to the core! I was feeling hopeless and frightened. Dr. Moza is very conservative and also thinks about your issues as if he was experiencing them in his own life. I can’t thank Dr. Moza, his staff and the wonderful TOSH hospital enough for their guidance and amazing care. I also want to thank all of Dr. Moza’s patients who wrote such in depth reviews of his work because you are the people that led me to Dr. Moza!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart????????

After 31 years as a professional Firefighter my spine was in bad shape , Dr Moza has done two fusions for me and the results are incredible . I lost the feeling in my right leg and foot and was able to move both and had full feeling in the recovery room . He takes his time in his office to explain the entire process , he sits you down in his private office and explains the results of your MRI Xrays ect . He is trustworthy and has great bedside manner . Front and back office team are top notch

Dr. Moza explained my surgery in a way that made it manageable. He showed me that I had a Gobstopper-sized disc compressing my spinal cord, explaining the damage and why surgery was necessary. He explained all the details of his treatment plan for me and answered all my questions without rushing. The surgery went perfectly! Dr. Moza and his team checked on me daily. It was instantly obvious to me that I was – after years of suffering – finally pain free.

Words to express my admiration, respect, absolute awe and most of all, gratitude, for Dr. Kapil Moza, simply do not exist - he is truly a gift. I met Dr. Moza while experiencing severe nerve pain affecting my arms, surgery was his recommendation - C5-C6 artificial disc replacement with Mobi-C. Four weeks post-surgery, I have had NO nerve/arm pain, and my recovery has been flawless. I can honestly say that I am able to hug my loved ones thanks to Dr. Moza, and I get to play tennis in a few weeks!

I’m 44 years old and had 6 cervical surgeries in 3 and a half years. I was referred to him by my primary care doctor and I got an appointment 2 days later. My 5th surgery was back in March and since I was in a lot of pain and my surgeon gave me 3 different diagnosis other than my spine. Dr. Moza took his time, over an hour, listened to what I had to say and analyzed my case with me there. Never one felt rush and he was very kind. He performed surgery a month later and I feel great!

Great success. I had been experiencing increasingly severe nerve pain that diminished my quality of life for several years, to the point where I was unable to do even simple chores. Dr. Moza performed a laminectomy from T-12 to L-5 elven months ago. Since then I have had no nerve pain. While I am still recovering my muscle tone, it has been a real joy to have my quality of life back!

I am regaining the ability to walk normally! My neurologist referred me to Dr. Moza as an urgent and complex case. Dr Moza agreed to see me that afternoon and within the 20-minute drive to his office he evaluated my condition. Dr Moza carefully explained options and answered questions. I felt confident during the whole experience due to his passion to solve complex problems. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is truly a compassionate person and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Moza.

I'd been living with a lower back pain for the last 10 years or so. The pain was ranging from mild to excruciating and late last year I got to the point where I could no longer live a normal life - I couldn't walk for more than an hour, couldn't sit for more than an hour, etc. Up to that point I'd tried every possible way to minimize the pain - massage, yoga, acupuncture, building up back muscles, etc. The results were mediocre at best. I've picked Dr. Moza based on his reviews and I couldn't ha

Dr. Moza is by far one of the top if not top Neurosurgeons in the Los Angeles market. I just had a second Minimally Invasive Surgery done by Dr. Moza. Please understand my back is and was a neurosurgeon's night mare. This surgery consisted of L1 thru L4 Lamanectomy. I had it done on Friday July 8, 2016 and by Monday July 11th I was up and about and even went into work for a few hours. I also must say that his office staff Evonne and Candice are the best I have ever dealt with.
