Dr. Kanyon Keeney, DDS

I echo everything wonderful about Dr. Kenney that has been written in these reviews. My prosothdontist, who referred me to Dr. Kenney, described him as the oral surgeon to see when others say something cannot be done! I had to have implants removed/bone graft/new implants. Dr. Kenney took time to explain the procedures very clearly. His competence and skills as a surgeon aside, Dr. Kenney displays all the attributes one hopes for in a doctor and has the best bedside manner! He has a very human approach and he quickly put me at ease and gained my trust. His assistant, Anna, has the same ability to ensure a patient feels comfortable sharing information and asking questions, they make a great team!

3 of 4 implants fell completely out over 6 years..All i got were expensive excuses. Nope.. go to Commonwealth Oral Surgery is the place to go!

Love this guy, down to earth, personable, explains EVERY thing, and is skilled beyond measure. I’ve been in treatment with him now for several months as we walk through my very involved extractions/dental implant/bone grafting needs. I never seem to take the easy path with such things, therefore his consistently sincere patience and encouragement makes all the difference for me. Today, for the first time, I drove from Moseley to Mechanicsville to see Dr. Kanyon Keeney for an implant based on his amazing reviews. After a few minutes of meeting him, I was no longer terrified of this procedure and knew that he is the best in his field. He is truly amazing and his office staff were courteous and very nice.

I had to get a tooth extracted and was very nervous. Dr. Keeney and the staff at the Mechanicsville location of VA Oral & Facial Surgery were extraordinary. They explained everything and made sure you were comfortable. I had NO pain during or after the procedure. I couldn't believe it. I recommend this team 100%.

Dr. Keeney is a truly outstanding dentist who has knowledges and skills that are only rarely found within the dental community. He has performed three dental implants for me over the past five years. I found his demeanor in handling me as a patient to be exceptionally outstanding as he showed great care in me as an individual and not just another patient. His staff is well trained and we're all very courteous in their interactions with me. His facilities are without a doubt the best I have seen
