Dr. Rai had come highly recommended by my surgeon. I had a very unprofessional experience with Dr. Rai and his office. An appointment was scheduled by his assistant. I received a call today from his assistant letting me know that since I saw a Dr. in the Northwell system (Dr. Rai obviously was able to see that,) my appointment was cancelled. This would have been a second opinion. They are not even in the same office. Needless to say this turned me so off that I would never recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Rai started in 1969. The Pediatricians gave my parents a bad diagnosis. I started seeing Dr. Rai and Dr. Arthur Sawitsky, two amazing Doctors that treated me with so much love and care. I was 14 and it was a very rough patch for my family. 50 years later, this October, is the anniversary of my relationship with Dr. Rai. He helped save my life and give me the opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful things life offers. Nov. 2018, we celebrated the arrival of my first grandson
