The staff at this office will keep you waiting for on-time appointments. Last year when i went in for my checkup, i had to leave because i waited so long. Now the very same doctor that has been treating me for more than 10 years refuses to renew an expired prescription. This is not a "customer service" oriented office, in my opinion.
