Dr. Kamran Heydarpour, MD

On 4-8 Heydarpour preformed my routine (3rd) colonoscopy. Prep was unremarkable, procedure seemed to be routine. First day was nothing unexpected. For the following week my stomach remained hard and swollen, I was miserably gassy, nauseated, weak and had daily bouts of diarhea. (Paperwork from colonoscopy say call with any complications) We called and called and called. THIS DR WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL. His nurse scheduled me for a followup on 5-7. I called my General Dr. She repeatedly also tried to reach this DR. He would not return ANY calls. Simply said come in on 5-7......The level of uncaring poor medical care of Dr Heydarpour is unmatched. STAY AWAY. DO NOT HAVE HIM AS YOUR GASTRO _ or perform any procedure on you. Oh, he also advised - just go to the ER.....what an arrogant man

I have been seeing Dr Heydarpour for a couple years now and he is a great physician. he is knowledgeable and always helping me to better understand my condition.

Dr. H is a great physician, found what my long standing issues were and both he and his staff worked hard to get me the care I needed. They go above and beyond to care for your needs here. Don't delay your GI needs.

Saw Dr. Heydarpour relative to a GI issue. Dr was extremely professional and courteous. He provided medical options in a clear and concise manner. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a GI Dr.

Dr Heydarpour is a knowledgeable doctor with a lot of years of experience. He is very straight forward but has a sense of humor. It was easy and fast to get an appointment to see him and didn't wait long in the waiting room the day of the appointment.

I usually do not write reviews, but this has happened twice now. Getting the doctor to approve a re-fill by my pharmacy has been a problem. Each time I have run out of the meds, and gotten emergency pills, and have not received a return call from the doctor or his office.

I first met Dr. Heydarpour at the time of my procedure. His only word to me were why are you here. That was it. He is not friendly and his office staff is just as unpleasant. I also was not contacted as I was told I would be regarding my biopsy results and received a snippy response when I called regarding them. I gave 1 star as I could give no stars.

Terrible! He did not do anything a doctor supposed to do! He did not do any physical exam. He did not even look, or touch my abdomen, given that my main complaint is diarrhea, fever, rectal pain. His office did not have a thermometer to check my temperature! No recommendation on any medication to control my pain, diarrhea and fever. All he did is giving a prescription of colonoscopy! He will make diagnosis and decide what to do after colonoscopy! Why do we need him as a doctor?!
