He has always taken good care of me. Yes, he is busy, but also very thorough On occasion he even gave me his personal number in case of emergency. The staff is doing a lot of work but they all seem to have a good relation with the doctor. Most of his patients are older and he does not work miracles that turn the clock back, so may be more disgruntled. Not everyone will always get better, but Dr Vyas does his best. I like him

Always late because he doesn’t seem to think he should be on time. If you have an eight o’clock appt he doesn’t arrive until 8:30. Well you will always be behind on appts. He feels it’s ok to charge you if you cancel but he believe it’s ok to keep you waiting.

Office staff is rude and unfriendly. I was twice refused Rx refills pending an office visit, which they would ONLY convey to me through my pharmacist, despite the fact that Dr. Vyas never gave them approval to deny me refills. So instead of letting the pharmacy refill it and calling me about the office visit, they took it upon themselves to deny me my medication. Dr. Vyas told me they can?t call patients in these instances because they have too many, so I told him he?s got one less patient now!

Long-time patient until visit on 1/20/16. No eye contact. Constantly typing on computer. I was first apt and he was 40 min. late with no apology. Rushing through my apt to catch up with his tardiness. Had dates and test results wrong, as well as cardiologists info sent to him. Snide replies to my health questions. Vague about how to improve my condition. Sought and found new GP same day.
