I have been a patient for quite awhile now. I am being treated for Copd/Emphysema. And since I changed To Dr Pandya. for treatment I feel that he and his staff have helped me in achieving a better quality of life . Before hand I was in and hospital numerous times. He changed my medication and I was put on oxygen this was really a game changer for me .I would definitely recommend Dr Pandya and staff. They are always professional. Respectful and caring. But most Importantly they listen to all of your questions and needs

Dear Dr. Pandya One of your girls name Rose decided to leave me on hold for 20 minutes when they picked up the second time, I said Rose you left me on hold for 20 minutes she decided to hang up on me, I called again and was put through the answer machine. I don’t believe anyone would appreciate that type of service, perhaps she’s upset or unhappy but she definitely doesn't belong there. Anyone that work for me with that type of attitude would be terminated immediately. Beware of Rose

I called on Monday asking if they accepted my insurance and was told yes, but I could only schedule a new patient appointment on Fridays. She did not ask for any of my information as she said they would take it on Friday. I called today and spoke to a very rude person who would not listen to me when I kept trying to tell her we were not "in the system". She then said they require a referral. Again, very rudely. Needless to say, I hung up and scheduled with another pulmonary doctor.

Dr. Pandya is knowledgeable and explains things well and gets right to the point. I like that. His staff, every one of them, is caring and helpful and pleasant. What more could I want? Nothing!

Don't waste your time with this doctor. I waited over an hour past my appointment time while patients who arrived long after me we called in. I think they can better schedule their appointments. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I would be shocked if this Dr. even knew my husband's name and he is the patient. This Dr. is so rushed in everything he does, nothing is explained at all. He barely even did any sort of examination. Nearly every experience with this office has resulted in gross errors resulting in my husband having to wait much longer to receive his cpap machine. We would not recommend this Dr. at all.

In three visits, the physician did no more than put the stethoscope on my back - really not much more. A few people interviewed, some without proper knowledge or experience in the interview/intake process. The second visit was a pulmonary test - the tester was there alone, doors open, no one at the front desk - a dangerous situation.
