Horrible experience
If I could give a zero I would. This place is ridiculous! I made an appointment. Next day they called to get a credit card on file. Next day they called and said they have to reschedule the appointment. Then later that day they not only changed my appointment they asked for $1000 consultation fee suddenly. Awful service awful people. So many others out there. Don’t deal with them. All they want is to over charge you for nothing!

Sad
He did not explain the revision surgery to me. He shortened my eyelids, eyelashes went with it. you can not get that back. He knew his plan but never explained it to me. He said it was going to look good. I had eyelid retraction. went in to pull lower eyelid up...looking back the eyelid rectraction wasn't as bad as i thought. atleast my eyelids were not shortened and lashes gone. and i did not have an uneven eyelid. Truly sad

The first thing I experienced entering the office was the efficiency, friendliness and competence of the staff. Then I met Dr Parsa. His knowledge and plan for my treatment was evident immediately, but there was something else that was unique. His demeanor calmed my fears and I knew in an instant that I would be OK. That I was in the right hands. Like being with family or an old friend that you have complete trust in.Now I gladly drive 100 miles to be treated by my Dr. and friend Kami Parsa

Dr. Parsa gave me back my self confidence! I had surgery in August 2013 with another Dr and it left my eye oddly shaped. I was so self conscious and obsessed about it. I read great things about Dr. Parsa online so I scheduled a consultation and a few weeks later had my revision surgery and I am so HAPPY with the results! He is a great Dr. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Truly genuine. I highly recommend Dr. Parsa.

For a long time I have thought of removing the bags under my eyes. I was watching eyewitness news and they mentioned Dr. Kami for undereye surgery. So, I went for it. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and quick to validate any concerns, if any. Dr. Kami was very professional, honest, and sincere about ensuring my satisfaction with the procedure. I have been very pleased with the results.

Dr. Parsa is my savior. I had two previous surgeries by other doctors which they both caused significant damage to my eyelid. He was able to fix something that most people told me could not be touched. I'm greatful to him for giving my life back. Before his surgery for two years I could not close my eyes. At night when I slept I had to tape them shot. The first night after his surgery I was able to sleep with any tape. He is my savior. Thank you Dr. Parsa for all that you do.
