While Dr. Harbison truly does care about her patients at apointments, her bedside manor is extreamly lacking. Through my entire hospital stay every other nurse and doctor told me exactly what they were going to do and why before touching me. She never did. She made the whole process much more horrific than it already was. At one point I thought she checking to see how dialated was and instead she did, what I later learned was a membrain sweep. At that point it was the most painful thing I had ever felt. I was bawling my eyes out and she just turned and left the room. She also requires enamas for all her patients before she will deliver, which is an extreamly outdated practice and she doesn't even tell you ahead of time. Anything that she requires for delivery should be explained up front at the first appointment.

I absolutely loved Dr. Fair when she was my ob/gyn. She’s caring and makes sure you know all options before you decide. When she delivered my baby she made it her business to come and see us everyday we were in the hospital. We need more Drs like her.

She's mediocre nice. She seems like she cares a little depending on how much you bother her with your issues. Overall, she will check into your problem and do what she can if she can!
