I saw Dr Singh after 2 breast augmentations that went very wrong. They were both performed by the same dr within 4 months of each other, the second one to “fix” the first one which failed miserably. Dr Singh came into my life one year later and made me feel human again! I am so grateful to have found him, not only because he is incredibly talented as his craft, but also because he is so easy to talk to and unbelievably personable, which means so much in a doctor as well. Hands down, Dr Singh is the best plastic surgeon in WNY. No question.

Not only is Dr. Singh extremely talented he’s very kind. Dr. Singh makes sure everything is just right. Also takes his time to answer all your questions.

Dr. Singh has great bedside manner. He’s calm, he speaks to you like you’re a person not just another person getting cut open. He has a wonderful demeanor and I wish he was my surgeon. However, he lost a patient due to his negligent staff. His staff is very rude, they will not respond to you. It’s up to the patients to continuously follow up with his staff to schedule surgery or running an authorization. I have been in contact with his staff for 8 months. Today is 1 year since I booked a consult and they still will not answer my messages to schedule surgery, although I helped get an authorization. Dr. Singh is a wonderful person and HIGHLY recommended by the community, I wish his staff respected him and his patients.

So. great guy, was very excited, and sadly had to cancel and now im getting all the bill. Due to the IV shortage I am from out of town so insurance can get weird. While he takes my insurance, he will request Quest Diagnostics for pre surgery stuff, they wouldn't take it from out of town so I had to come in from out of town and do all the testing. I am now dealing with a $300 bill. More or less this might be a complaint about quest.The only other thing is if you need any paperwork for work he won't do it until after surgery.

Dr Singh is amazing, lost a patient due to staffing that lies and is uncaring. Canceled my appointment after being in pain and waiting over 2 weeks to get in and staff just doesn’t care. I need resolution and waited more than I really should of to stay with a great surgeon but staffing there ruined the business in my eyes

Dr. Singh treated me for an extensive dog bite in my face. I was seen in the ER and immediately requested to be seen by a plastic surgeon. I was immediately taken to his office where he greeted me with his kindness and compassion. He settled my stress and stitched me up (22 stitches later). He did a remarkable job and I have minimal scarring to this day. You would never know I experienced such trauma to my face. I have since gone back to Dr. Singh for some other procedures and cannot recommend him enough.
