Doesn't listen and just tries to talk over you. Explains absolutely nothing in terms of medications. Doesn't even address issues because she is so scattered when she talks. Doesn't come across as knowledgeable about most conditions. Have to repeat yourself many times if you do get a chance to talk, since her English/understanding is lacking.

Rushed appointments where she talks over you and doesn't address any issues. Made it extremely clear she only cares about her new private practice and will drop patients if they leave any negative feedback. Kept looking at her phone and made it clear she had little interest in listening to patient's needs. Beware of this doctor, she clearly lacks the expertise to treat most patients and lacks the communication skills to interact with patients.

Terrible doctor and would review at all costs. She adjusts medications uncarefully, talks over you, and treats you like she's better than you. Won't listen to any advice.

I finally found a psychiatrist after my previous one left abruptly, and was pleased with my initial visit. After that things went extremely downhill on my next appointment. I left my temporary psychiatrist covering my medications as Dr. Adury said she would fill them. They are something that I need to have and have been on 16+ years. Dr. Adury would not respond to my requests for refills and also tried to drop my medication (something planne) at a rate that was potentially dangerous. I have been to multiple detox centers and some of the most prestigious hospitals around to lower them slowly, consulted with numerous psychiatrists, and told it would take a year. She tried to lower them at an alarming rate in a matter of days, something where I've had to go inpatient due to my sensitivity. I consulted with pharmacists and other doctors and the agreed. I am scared now as I don't have a doctor as she wouldn't return my calls or fill my medication as agreed. She repeatedly insulted me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adury since 2018 after a life altering experience. Her patience with me and her no nonsense approach have been reassuring in an undesired event. I appreciate her candor and that she is not pushing a lot of prescriptions at me for my medical condition. She is proponent of whole health approaches and for this I am extremely grateful.

Dr.Adury is very good at understanding our condition and give appropriate treatment and a good counselor too. I’m very happy with her.

Dr. Adury is incredibly perceptive, thoughtful, direct, and honest. She has been my doctor for many years now, the only psychiatrist I find truly helpful.

Terrible, definitely do not recommend this doctor. Thinks she knows better than her patient, completely unreasonable, and will refuse to treat you or refer you to another doctor if you disagree with her. Does not even bother to check on you if you miss your appointment.

Dr. Adury has been treating me for over 5 years. She quickly helped me manage an anxiety disorder with panic attacks and uncovered a sleep disorder and corrected it. She listens well, answers my questions with thorough explanations and is compassionate in her treatment. She is conservative in her pharmaceutical approach. I have some medical background and I recommend Dr. Adury.

I found her to be condescending and always made you wait. Often I was the first patient in the morning and still had to wait for 30 minutes. Did not find her very helpful. When I stopped going the office didn't even bother to call to see if I was ok. Very disappointed.
