Outstanding Neurologist!
I was able to schedule an appointment with The Mayo Clinic due to neuropathy in both of my legs and feet. I was assigned an appointment with Dr Shouman. Both my wife (retired from the medical field, working with dozens of doctors) and myself were thoroughly impressed with Dr Shouman. He exhibited extreme care and concern over running enough tests to conclusively pinpoint my condition (which in fact he did). Our final meeting with him late on the 2nd day, was lengthy and included his in depth understanding and prognosis of my condition. At no point did he ever indicate that he was short on time, and it was obvious that he would spend as much time with us as necessary. I am in my 70's and have been to many doctors in my life. Dr Shouman is possibly the best doctor that I've ever been to. If you can get an appointment with him for neurological issues, I highly recommend doing so.
