Im super pleased and thankful to Dr.Hatti and staff! I truly appreciate the support and kindness that you guys provide!

'Dr. Hatti was dismissive of my concerns or symptoms and told me that I did not have anything wrong with me and that my fatigue and pain were metabolic (basically because I am overweight). Every time I would name a symptom, she would ask if I saw a dermatologist, an orthopedist, etc. I went to a rheumatologist at the advice of my oncologist at MD Anderson and when I reported back to him what Dr. Hatti told me, he referred me to a rheumatologist at MD Anderson and I was diagnosed with Lupus based on my symptoms and supporting medical tests and am now on medications. Very disappointed in the care I received from this doctor. '

I have been a patient of Dr. Hatti for about 2 years now. She actively listens and empathizes when discussing my situation. I trust her and her staff to help me with anything I need. If I have questions, I'm able to email her nurse, Gabby, with any questions. I get responses quickly, and she is always friendly and willing to help me. I really appreciate all that they do!

Dr. Hatti has always stayed to listen to my husband's problems. It's not like other doctors offices we have been to where the doctor rushes in and out. She is very attentive. Her nurse Gabriella has ALWAYS been on top of things. I can contact her by phone or email and I always get a response back and she takes care of everything for us.

I was diagnosed with Lupus back in 2022. Dr. Hatti was very patient and explained what we will do and what we will look out for. Nurse Gabby has been super supportive and communicative while I was fired during my biggest flare up. I’m so thankful for their teamwork and dedication to help their patient especially when they’re going through personal challenges. Thank you ladies for making me feel better every time! My family and I are so thankful.

In the time of treating my now diagnosis. Dr Hatti and Gabby listen to me and how I’m feeling and trends I see and most importantly TAKE ACTION! They always remind me and give the disclaimer of responses within Dr Hatti’s hours and that’s understandable and realistic. I do want to say they go above and beyond because I just about almost get response or an update same day or within respected time frame. It took us working together but I’ve established care with this team and I would suggest them to everyone who truly wants to understand and do better by their care. They give options and allow me to process and take time to understand what’s going on and what’s needed. Wellbeing at its finest! Love you ladies and thank you for your service!!!

Where I live it takes up to 12 months to get in with a rheumatologist, so I opted for driving to the Houston area in search of a rheumatologist, even though it is approximately a 7-hour drive. Her office got me in within a week. Dr. Hatti has been wonderful. She is kind and caring. She takes the time to explain everything, allowing me to assist in making an informed decision for my treatment. The entire office has been helpful and kind as well. I cannot say enough about this office and physician. I am very blessed to have found her and would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Hatti is the best. I just moved to the area and needed a new Doctor for treatment. Dr. Hatti did not just assume my other Doctor had it right. She ordered X-rays and tests to check on my condition to make her own diagnosis. Her approach to my care has been focused on listening to my concerns and keeping my pain down now while looking for a long term treatment plan that makes the most sense for me. I completely trust and would recommend her.

Not good. I wasted six months trying to get into see the Dr as a new patient, which seems ridiculous since she isn't busy. She didn't seem to really care about my concerns. I was put on a prescription that did nothing for what she told me I needed it for. Side effects, my vision got worse, my cognitive was cloudy. I had no explanation, had to go home and google vs Dr Hatti giving me a brochure, a piece of paper with a diagnosis. I went to follow up, told her my concerns. She referred my to a pain specialist. I don't want more pills for something you haven't looked into more for me. My primary could have done this!! If you are seeking out a specialist, seek further. I have to stop here. This whole situation is frustrating and unnecessary to be held in limbo until I see someone new. BY THE WAY, if you go to Dr. Hatti, you cannot see anyone else in that office. Not attentive to patients. My overall condition significantly declined while under her care. Not impressed.

She is a great Doctor, she always listens to my concerns and has the best course of action for them. My treatment has been going smoothly since being her patient.

Dr. Hatti diagnosed me with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Three times Dr. Hatti was asked to complete a medical form provided by my HR department that would enable me to transfer to another department less strenuous on my body as I have a rare case of RA that effects other parts of my body, not just my hands and feet. My supervisor, via conference call, even asked her to complete the form. Request declined. The final request was made on May 13, 2021. It too was declined because I refused to take the prescribed pharmaceutical medication which required another medication to off-set side effects of the first one. I asked if she could recommend something natural not pharmaceutical with life-altering side-effects. She said no; she prescribed what she knows to prescribe. I explained the department change is still necessary even taking a medication. She truly did not care by her mannerism! I felt there was an ultimatum, "No RX. No restrictions." I will be filing a complaint with the medical board.
