Interaction with Dr. Barot
I was admitted to Advent Health Orlando for a right PE. Dr. Barot saw me while in the hospital and he was amazing with helping me through this ordeal! He was prompt, professional, approachable, knowledgeable, with an excellent bedside manner. I was discharged yesterday and put on a med that was hundreds of dollars for a week's worth. He told me to come in this morning and he changed the med to a like alternative. He is easily reachable, and available! I cannot say enough glowing things about him!!!

Very comforting visit.
It was so comforting. I know that I will be in good hands while receiving continuity of care. Dr. Borat is wonderful. And all the staff at front desk were very gracious. Thanks also to Dr. Michelle de la Riva at Southwest WellMed for referring me to him.

I met Dr. Barot for the first time today. You hear people talk about a Dr’s “bedside manner” and he has a great one. I’ve met some Drs who have zero personality and seemingly zero compassion, that doesn’t mean they aren’t good or great doctors by any means, but I love a Dr who comes off as a real person. Someone you feel comfortable talking to and who shows genuine compassion. I’ve been blessed by getting an amazing PCP and she always connects me with the best specialists. I truly feel blessed to have been accepted as a patient by Dr. Barot. The staff in the Sand Lake office is just as amazing. What a great team!!!

I met Dr. Barot while I was a patient at Celebration Hospital for suffering a DVT blood clot. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and quickly took control of my case and me care until leaving the hospital with a clean bill of health. While my case may have been a simple treatment for him, it has been getting to know him for the 2 years since that I am writing this review. He is an extremely competent doctor, but he also really cares about you. He has given me his cell # and home # just in case I need it. He and his office is very efficient, and I cannot recommend him any higher!!

Our young, active son was admitted to the ER and later ICU for a rare blood clot. We experienced a caring and well educated professional in Dr. Barot. He provided great attention, answered all of our questions with confidence and scheduled timely follow-up. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Southwest Cancer Center in Orlando offers diagnoses, chemotherapy, and on-going care under one roof. Dr. Kalpesh Barot is my Hematology Specialist, and from my experience, he is one of the finest cancer doctors in the medical profession. He considers every solitary patient unique and treats each with compassion, honesty, and infinite kindness. On the other side of the office is the chemotherapy room, filled with comfortable recliners, large TV, and patients who, over time, become friends. Chemotherapy nurse Pinal is as compassionate and kind as Dr. Barot, and keeps the room on schedule, and everyone in good spirits. The nurses and assistants behind the desk up front are incredibly nice and work so hard to create a seamless experience for all. My on-going thanks to everyone at Southwest Cancer Center.

I met Dr. Barot during one of my visits to the FL Hospital. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and such a wonderful person. I have been treated by him for about a year now. My condition will need his care for the rest of my life. He is easy to talk to and helps me understand any changes that I need to make in my life.

He was very caring, professional, and took time to explain what was happening to me during my year long ordeal with a DVT in my leg and Pulmonary Embolisms. I only wish he practiced family medicine.

I was admitted to Celebration Hospital on 9 Nov 2015 with DVT'S in my left leg and Cellulitis in my left foot . Dr Barot was one of the attending Physicians who treated me . I was discharged on 14 Nov 2016. My Leg below the knee looked like a Pit Bull had lunch and did not receive any instruction from any of the doctors. Dr Barot scheduled me for a followup appointment for 23 Nov 2115 at his office at Dr. Phillips. During that visit I expected the doctor to inspect my leg .Not enough space.
