I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kaliq Chang’s for at least 7 years(probably more like 10 yrs), for my chronic back pain and painful tumors chemo only stopped from growing but couldn’t be removed. I’ve seen 10-15 doctors–in different specialties including oncology and pain management–since my original cancer diagnosis June 1, 2005. I can say without even 0.01% hesitation that Dr. Chang is the ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR I’ve ever had, and that’s even amongst the great doctors at St. Barnabas Cancer Center which saved my LIFE!! This is because Dr. Chang is intelligent, very skilled, and one of the best in his field, without being cocky about it. He is very caring, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and actually listens to me, without telling me what I should or shouldn’t be feeling in my body. He listens to my needs and suggestions about what may help me without letting it go overboard, and has helped this 15 years of pain more bearable, keeping me from giving up. THANK YOU DR. CHANG, you’re a blessing!!

After i shared the story of my injury, i was put to ease as Dr.Chang explained my diagnosis. He listened and articulated solutions to help reduce the inflammation in my neck and i will be following his advice. Thank you very much!

All i can say is he is the one you would need to see for the epidural injections. Hes A gentleman and scholar.

Dr. Kaliq Chang is an Excellent Doctor when went to him my pain was to the point of suicidal, and he took the time to understand what I was experiencing and recommended the exact remedy to my problem, so for so extremely good!!!... I would recommend Dr. Kaliq to anyone he is an awsome Dr.!!!!

My surgery was a - left L4-S1 medial branch nerve excision. I was very satisfied with the entire process and only exhibited a couple days of discomfort post surgery. I was back to running a couple weeks later and have since experienced no discomfort.

Dr. Chang is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely caring and patient. Both him and his staff are very attentive to any and all of your needs as a patient. He has helped me go from extreme pain in my hips and lower back to virtually pain free without the need for major surgery. As someone who works in the medical field, Dr. Chang is the epitome of what every single doctor should be like.
