His is dismissive.spends maybe 5 minutes with you after waiting an hour to see him. His nurse is just rude and combative. Called to ask a question same day as my appointment and was told I have to have another appointment for question to be answered

Office staff was friendly and thorough. Visit with doctor was informative. Doctor is really nice.

What a waste of time! I waited over a month to see this doctor. I was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. My time was for 8am, the office staff do not arrive until 8am. I was not able to see this doctor due to the requirement that your deductable needs to be paid prior to your visit. I was told I needed to pay $800 (my deductable) to this doctor prior to my seeing him. So if it was Jan 2nd, I would have to pay $3,500 to see this doctor. No one informed be prior to this appointment that my deductable needed to be paid before the appointment. Its so sad to see that money is more important than patient care. None of my other doctors have asked me for my deductable prior to patient care.
