Compassionate and fearless doctor
Dr. Rinaldo delivered my baby in October of 2023. She came on duty at about hour 40 of a stalled induction. She listened to me, we came up with a plan and she advocated for me. In the end we delivered a healthy baby vaginally at hour 52. Much better than having a c-section and she went above and beyond to make sure I suffered no physical damage during the delivery. She was incredible. I'd highly recommend her.

Attitude and didn’t appear to be tenured
I was stuck with Dr. Rinaldo after my Ob took leave. He was suppose to return to work, but never did. She had an annoyed attitude, lead with negatives, and above all-didn’t give the notion that she knew what she was doing. Once I waited over 45mins for her at an office visit, before I left without treatment.

  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
