I’m not coming back!
The first initial visit went ok, but the follow up was awful! The office was busy. The tech messed up by giving me eye drops with my contact on and made me redo everything. I waited a bit longer, but I’m usually fine since I understand some patients can take longer than others, but what made me feel like this was my last straw was her tone of voice and the way she spoke to me. She asked me a series of questions and I answered her. Then she was being dismissive and pretty much what I saw was some phenomenon. Then raised her voice at me rudely with frustration when I was recalling how often I was seeing these things. I felt like she was having a bad day and took it out on me. There was no respect nor did she listen to her patients. No wonder she has available appointments compare to other doctors. That said a lot. I work in healthcare and this doctor lacks bedside manner and sympathy. It doesn’t matter how smart you are but if you treat your patients like this, you shouldn’t see patients

10/10 would recommend
Dr Yeh was wonderful. Her intelligent eyes put me at ease, and her smile made me feel at home. She explained my condition in easy terms I could understand, taking time to discuss my options of treatment, and took time to answer all of my questions. I truly feel like she cares. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent glaucoma specialist.

Infuriating
Argumentative, arrogant, and disrespectful. Questioned me and my referral, ignored my issues, and argued with me about my own health problems. Why would you keep asking questions if you’re going to treat your patient as if what they’re telling you about themselves isn’t true anyway?
