Does not respect your time
This office does not value your time at all. There is no point in scheduling an appointment because they do not honor them. Through 3 visits I’ve had since becoming a new patient I’ve had to wait over a combined 8 hours in the waiting room just for service that in total lasted maybe 20 minutes (and that is literal, not an exageration), and I had an appointment for each visit. My last visit had me in the office for 3.5 hours before I decided to leave and we rescheduled to a tele-appointment later that day in an hour which I never received a call, wasting almost 5 hours of my day. This practice is incredibly disrespectful to the patient and their time, and that in itself is incredibly unprofessional. If you get a chance to meet the doctor, she’s a fine doctor. But you will not enjoy going to visit. The worst thing for my health became making an appointment just to see the doctor. Looking for a new doctor now.

Dr. Leach has been my primary care Doctor for over 30 years. I’m a witness of her expertise and knowledge. Many times I’ve shared my health issue with her and immediately she began writing a prescription for my illness., before examining. That’s one of her many gifts. Her bedside manner far exceeds any Doctor that many people have experienced. She gives each of her patients the personal attention, that includes listening and sharing. Whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth one. That speaks volume of who she is and what service you will always receive. I’ve recommended Dr. Leach to many family and friends over the years and we all agree, she is the very best Doctor ever. Thanks and appreciation always to Dr. Kadie Leach!

This office has the worst staff I have ever encountered. I went in for a routine physical and ended up with weeks of headache. They used the wrong billing code and when I asked them to resubmit it they insisted on having the Lab pay for the services when I was advised by my insurance that if submitted with proper coding the service would be covered. Good luck getting one of them on the phone the nursing staff is incompetent and the front office staff borders on having a disability. I can’t comment on the doctor I waited 45 minutes past my appointment to see her for 20 minutes and for that time things seemed fine. I strongly advise against visiting this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leach's for over 10 years and have no complaints. I expect to wait and sometimes it can be up to an hour, but that is standard for this type of very busy practice. While the staff has changed over the years, I think that it speaks to Dr. Leach's desire to have the best medical professionals assisting her. It demonstrates that she will not tolerate some of the concerns addressed by other patients in their reviews. I look forward to having Dr. Leach as my primary physician for the forseeable future.

I called on June 4, 2018 at 9:40 and had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist who answered the phone; Lela. Her tone as well as her reply was unprofessional and shouldn't be tolerate at any established doctors office as yours Dr. Leach. I've never complained about service because previous employees have treated me with respect and kindness. Its apparent that this person isn't happen with her present position. I've even informed her that working with patients is a gift.

Dont go to this Doctor. Dr. Leach has no respect for your time , her sense of time is ridiculous. You will spend your entire day in her office because the wait time is approximately 4 hours. I have been a patient for numerous years but had to finally leave. She does not respect anyone's time. She schedules her patients to close together. She schedules them for 8 or 9 o'clock but doesn't come in the office until after 10. Then , when Doctor Leach gets around to seeing you, she will spend another

She has the worst staff I have ever met from a doctors office. They laugh at you when you call in the office with an issue, they keep you on phone forever and are very rude. I cannot believe this doctor allows her staff to act this way with patients and other callers to her practice. They never return phone calls . I am disgusted with the way the doctor has let this facility go down hill. She needs to hire new staff who actually care about patients and the way they do business.

In the many years being a patient of hers to be seen by her takes up to an hour sometimes when you get there. The staff are constantly changing, and it makes me question the work environment. And, having a changing staff they don't know the doctors routine so therefore prescriptions are not called in to the pharmacy sometimes.

I find her to be unprofessional, she never put refills on my mothers medication and each time she has to get a refill it take days and numerous calls to her office from myself, my mom and the pharmacist. the wait at her office is ridiculous , you can be there for more than 3 to 4 hours which is bad, she spends a lot of time talking about nothing with her patients. I would not go there myself I plan on getting my mother out of her practice, I am looking to see if there is a way to report her
