Dr. Justin Turner, MD

Dr. Turner is a young knowledgeable physician that has a passion for making his patients healthy. I have been going to as a patient since he became, and physician and he has not disappointed me yet. His entire staff is friendly and very welcoming.

Good afternoon Dr. Turner, I want to first start by apologizing to you and your team as a whole for the review I left. My mom informed me earlier that you did call and speak with her directly in regards to my dads care and the prescription was called in. I think it was a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunications. When we contacted Kroger pharmacy in Clinton they informed us that no prescription was called in from your faculty. We thank you for what you have already done to assist my parents thus far with healthcare. I pray you will consider to keep them on as patients. I want what’s best for everyone involved. Again I sincerely apologize for inconvenience.

Visits aren’t quick. Support staff is unprofessional, unhelpful and full of excuses. Incredibly easy to schedule a visit but that’s the only thing they will answer the phone for. If you have to cancel a visit, tough luck. You won’t reach anyone. If you have a question about a bill, tough luck. You won’t reach anyone AND the voicemail will be full. In the rare occasion you do reach someone, they will be unable to answer your questions and they won’t return your call. Unfortunate bc Dr. Turner does appear to take his profession seriously, but his support staff is not worth the trouble.

Office Staff was very unbecoming, not friendly, UN-professional and has a not caring attitude. When a situation arose, the Manager came to what I thought to rectify the situation! but found out minutes later she had told the Director(which is Dr. Turner's wife ) & Dr. Turner the farthest from the truth story!!! To make a long story short they were right and I was wrong. wrong for inquiring about a month old document that no one seemed to have a clue of the documents. Then he finally said I have the documents but haven't had time to process them. After that day, 2 weeks later I got a letter stating that my premium would no longer be covered because documentations was not received from your Primary Physician. After countless of unsuccessful attempts trying to set up an appointment to see Dr. Turner, I decided to seek another Primary. After seeing this Primary for less than a month, I was able attain assistance to cover my premium.

Dr. Turner really strives to treat the whole patient. He keeps up with the latest information on both the prevention and treatment of medical diseases. He is also very heavily invested in sharing his knowledge of how to live a healthier lifestyle through diet and exercise with the community.

What medical doctor hugs their patients? Probably not many. Dr. Justin Turner is truly the exception. He's been my doctor for 2 years now and he is very thorough and consistent. He once challenged me to take charge of my health. It was hard to do but I decided he knew best. During my recent follow up visit we spent the first 10 minutes talking about my new fitness plan and the progress I am making. He was very happy for me.
