Dr. Tidwell is a stellar provider. And his medical assistant or nurse is exceptional, too. I said I really appreciated seeing him. I said that I had a great experience. In response, the medical assistant told me she feels so fortunate to work with him every day. That is the very best endorsement a practitioner can get. When someone who works for him admires his demeanor and care for patients, it makes for the very strongest team. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

Other than not always getting the appointment time I want, I don't have a single complaint! Dr Tidwell and his entire staff are not only true professionals, but have a genuine concern for their patients. I am quite pleased with the level of care I have received from Dr Tidwell and the entire medical staff I've had the pleasure of working with at Legacy foot care clinic and Legacy wound care.

Great Podiatrist!
I find Dr. Tidwell professional and informative. I had seen a few other doctors for my foot issues but always felt dismissed, not here. I also find Dr. Tidwell open to alternative modalities even if he can not provide that specific service. Front office and back office staff also very nice. Highly recommend this office.

Arrogant doctor who minimizes pain and makes diagnoses without waiting for test results. (Will even mention that he doesn’t have evidence for his claims, but draws his conclusions anyway!) Doesn’t listen and doesn’t remember. Doesn’t explain procedures, will cause you pain without warning you, and will then chide you rather than apologizing. Won’t be returning. Do not recommend.

I called ahead and told them I was running a little late (very bad traffic). The person on the phone put me on hold and then came back on and said that as long as I arrived by 3pm that would be okay. I was standing at the reception counter at 2:54pm (4 minutes late) for my appt but well before the 3pm deadline. The receptionist checked me then 5 minutes later came back and told me they would not see me. Needless to say I did not reschedule.
