Dr Sybesma and his staff imaee a class act! OUTSTANDING surgeon, bedside manner. He listens and is personable. Grateful for his amazing expertise with .my wife's wrist surgery and a knee replacent. WOW! GREAT DOCTOR!!!

We were not even schedule today but that is to these doctors here they squeeze us in even they are super busy . Nice and friendly staff . Yes little wait but no complain at all . They are not just sitting here . The whole staff is busy taking care of lots of patients . I appreciate everyone and Dr.Justin Sybemsa a lot . If someone upset about waiting then they need to understand they are not the only one . There are too many injured and hurt people comes here every minute . The guy walked out of the room while I was trying to ask a question about my surgery. My friend was with me and she was shocked at his behavior. The reviews are either one star or four stars, this makes me think that he judges on looks and decides who deserves his treatment. He seemed like an angry man

He most definitely Ensure me that it was really up to me on how I was gonna recover and I honestly took heed to what he said and my recovery has been a blessing I didn’t think I was gonna be able to walk normal again doc I just wanna tell you thank you to you for being the person you are and giving me a second chance to walk again I also wanna thank your staff they are a caring staff very nicely mannered and very respectful I appreciate the help and the advice they gave me on how to recover and they where very clear on how to take my medication I’m very blessed and thankful that you and your staff got me back walking again thank you guys so much????

He is the most patient and compassionate doctor that I have ever been to see. His bedside manner is explicable

Poor Bedside manners. Medically he explained everything and seemed knowledgeable. But very blunt and did not fully listen to my issue. I went in looking for an answer and left with a "just deal with it".

Sybesma took care of my surgery and after care appointments. Each time I saw him he barely spent 5 minutes at a time in the room which wasn’t very helpful or resourceful because I never got all my questions answered. This last time I met with him he walked out of the room as we were speaking. I tried explaining to him how he was a little aggressive with my wrist/hand at the last appointment and it hasn’t been the same since he decided to say “it wasn’t aggressive you are the one who broke it” as walking out of the room. I’m super disappointed in how he has treated me as a patient.

Dr. Sybesma performed surgery on both my legs and sees me for my shoulder. He listens. He cares. He communicates thoughtfully. He is professional and personable. The office is clean and conveniently located. The staff treat me as if I'm his only patient.

Dr. Sybesma provided me with a complete reverse joint shoulder replacement following an accident. The surgery went very well, follow-up visits were informative and productive, and he was aware of my physical therapy progress throughout my recovery. I asked quite a few questions about physical therapy treatment and limitations/constraints during recovery. Dr. Sybesma answered my questions by explaining both the medical reason as well as how to translate that information into my daily activities.

He did a great job on my hip replacement. His staff were also excellent at answering questions and problem solving!

Dr. Sybesma was very knowledgeable and compassionate and did an excellent job with my hip replacement. I had one of the worst hips they had seen. I am very happy I had the surgery now. Dr. Sybesma and all staff were friendly and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend to others.

Explained everything so I could understand things happened the way he said they would. I could not ask for a better experience with having both hips done within on this.
