We were referred after a horrible experience at another surgical center in the area for wisdom teeth removal for my daughter. The staff and doctor went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone in their office was friendly and welcoming. We went to a consultation and had her surgery booked all within a two week period.After having a traumatic experience only days prior, they took the time to explain the process thoroughly and answer questions and concerns. The doctor even roleplayed with my daughter how the day of the surgery would go with simulating her getting her IV. I cannot thank them enough for turning what was previously a scary experience to a positive one.

Dr. Stanford claims that the actual procedure will be done and the patient will not remember the procedure. It was supposed to be like going to sleep and waking up and it would be over. Well, that definitely did not happen. A very light sedation was administered and the jaw was injected. It was a multiple tooth extraction which was performed in 12 minutes. He never spoke to the family and was told NOT to prescribe a certain medication. That's the medicine he prescribed.

My daughter has a very complicated case where cancer has to be ruled out vs other rare diagnosis that involves vascular complications resulting from blood clot in her palate. Great, intelligent staff, all willing to take time to review and explain time lines and procedures. Highly recommend
