Didn’t introduce himself or his intern?
I went to the Emergency Room in Mill Creek. He walked in, with what I presumed to be his intern and neither introduced themselves. After listing my symptoms, he immediately told me that a lot of people come in with those symptoms and it’s just anxiety. Completely dismissing my medical history, presenting symptoms and labs suggesting otherwise. Doctors like him are the reason many of us with chronic illnesses continue to experience medical trauma.

This doctor saw my mom today ( 74 yrs old) at Swedish ER for a fractured pelvic. He was rude, condescending and disrespectful. I would not recommend him to my wors enemy. he did nothing to ease her worry , bedside manner did not exist.

Excellent
I've already told several friends and two providers that i was impressed with Dr Reif. He was reassuring, spoke in term that were easy to understand and was organized in thought. Very pleased with his care of me.

He claimed that he could tell that my wife's knee did not have a torn ACL from an Xray. We later learned, when we went to Virginia Mason to get a 2nd opinion, that it is IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL THAT AN ACL IS TORN FROM AN XRAY. No worries though, we were still charged $773 by Swedish Hospital for this quack to see my wife and give her bad advice to "just wait it out for a couple of weeks". She is scheduled for surgery on the 30th thanks to the good doctors at Virginia Mason. You should see your local veterinarian for help before you see Dr. Justin Warren Reif.

After a skiing accident I went to Swedish Issaquah. I told Dr. Reid that I heard a popping in my knee when I fell. He told me that he could tell from my x-ray that my ACL was fine and that I just had a sprained knee. I just knew he was wrong so I went to a different hospital and was told I tore my MCL and ACL and have to have surgery.

He is ok but lacks compassion and patience’s. My lidocain wore off because he said he would be back in a few minutes and it was an hour. I told him I could feel my finger hurting again. He decided to test this by trying to insert the device around my finger that applies pressure. And that hurt like hell. He got upset and and said oh notw I’m really gonna really numb you up. Don’t be a Dr if you can’t treat people in your care with empathy. The whole visit was lacking in a lot of ways.

In the ER today in Issaquah Highlands Swedish hospital, got stuck with Dr. Reif, who has no ability to listen to patients and talks down to family members trying to help.

I was a patient at Redmond Urgent care briefly before being transported to the hospital. Dr. Reif's office sent me a bill, although I never talked to or interacted with Dr. Reif during my transition--I only spoke with a nurse. The urgent care center was extremely busy, so I assume Dr. Reif thought he didn't need to see me since I was transferring to Swedish Medical Center, but his office still sent a heft bill. Disappointed.

A surgeon and ER doctor the day before believed that I may need surgery and told me to come back to the ER if I was experiencing more pain. I came back the following day and was seen by Dr. Reif; he didn't agree with the two doctor's findings (one being a surgeon) and didn't prescribe me anything for pain or even give me a prescription. This doctor read my history and made a judgement based on his personal beliefs and not on the current medical data. Poor bed side manner and horrible doctor!
