Nice until he's not
I was searching for a doctor to help treat my tinnitus. I chose Dr. Pavlovich because his bio talked about how caring he is and I was looking for someone who would take the time to understand the issues I was facing. The first visit was good but during a follow up visit he became almost irate with me, yelling that he doesn't have time for paperwork since he's such an important surgeon. I was surprised he lost his temper like that and obviously did not return. He comes off as caring and concerned but isn't really, it's a front. It has been awhile since this occurred, I wasn't planning on writing a review but came across his name recently and thought I should warn others. I see another reviewer mentioned him yelling at them. Not surprised.

Dr. Pavlovich is an excellent ENT. He removed my tonsils and did a superlative job. I've been a patient of his for years and highly recommend him.

Was very rude and unprofessional. Had been seeing him for months to get help with a sinus issue. I brought up a conflicting opinion that a GP mentioned to me - he got super defensive and started yelling at me. He also told me I was fat, old, and my situation would never get better. I have to pay for that?! I obviously never went back and my opinion of him is not fit to print.

I would not recommend this doctor because he does not notify patients before performing expensive test and using expensive equipment. We went to this doctor for a very simply issue, and he (without checking with us first) used expensive equipment to examine my son and we got charged a very large bill that was not covered by insurance. You should always ask the price of everything they do - they are not good about educating you first.

Clearly one of the best doctors! Takes the time to review and discuss possible options. Had surgery for a deviated septum and it made breathing so much easier. Highly recommend.

Dr Pavlovich & staff are great! I've recommended him to family/friends & they agree. He's personable, listens well, explains what's going on, & gives options of treatment. I have chronic sinusitis & was constantly being put on antibiotics & steroids. When the headaches had me in tears, I went to Dr. Pavlovich. Plugged sphenoid sinuses were the problem. I did take oral drugs; however, I mostly use rinses with steroids and antibiotics in them & sprays, which are better for my overall health.
