Dr. Justin Maxhimer, MD

Dr. Maxhimer cares greatly about his patients, is funny, but most importantly is magic. I was back at work and on video within a week of full lift with eyes. I feel healthy and attractive again for the first time in15 years (since Chemo!). Thank you Dr. Maxhimer

I do not recommend Dr. Justin Maxhimer and would caution anyone with choosing him as your surgeon. When Dr. Maxhimer harvested fat from my already small frame, too much fat was taken from my lateral hips. This fat graft was done in attempt to fix the botched breast surgery he’d done. My left hip is not as bad as my right, but he has absolutely deformed my right hip. It has a huge indentation down to my bone. It looks like I have a huge deformity in my hip. Not only has he aesthetically ruined my body, but the pain I have in my hip is unbearable at times. Additionally, all of the botched surgeries has caused depression and anxiety that is indescribable. I have sought out opinions from other plastic surgeons as to what my options are and they were horrified with the lipo that was done for the fat harvest. Please use caution when picking your surgeon and do not let any surgeon suggest lipo fat transfer if they have not had specialized training and extensive experience.

Dr. Maxhimer and his staff are all the best group to have on your side when fighting the scars of breast cancer. On my last surgery a year ago he implanted my "gummy bears". I may be in my 60s, however, he made my breasts 20 again! I appreciate, admire, and yes, love him and his team. By the way my husband likes my gummy bears too!

I only have glowing praise for Dr Maxhimer and his entire staff. I needed bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer with reconstruction. He performed the later with a much better cosmetic outcome than I had expected. Little to no wait time in the office, immediate call backs for questions, a kind and helpful staff made a difficult time much easier for me. Highly recommend.

Dr Maxhimer and his staff are amazing! I was scared about having a double mastectomy and then implants. Dr Maxhimer and Tauney were absolutely amazing. It is obvious that they care about their patients. And I had to need to be afraid. Dr Maxhimer explained everything every step of the way. He is truly an amazing Dr and human being.

Dr. Maxhimer is a rare gem. His personality alone is worth a visit. SO incredibly nice and down to earth. He has saved me from someone else's mistake a month before my wedding, fitting me into his schedule multiple times with little notice. I wish I'd only gone to him in the first place! He injected juvederm like a pro and has perfected the natural look. While I'm not a Colorado resident, I have been and will continue to travel to Boulder just to see him.
