Dr. Justin Martello, MD

Dr. Martello has been my neurologist for a decade. He is knowledgeable and professional, and I have been more than happy with him.HOWEVER, in the past year his office staff and the ease of having my questions answered has gone from being the best to being abysmal!From the press 7, press 1, to the fact that no number answers the simple question I may have. To the office person working remotely who says she will call you back within 48 hours. Am I to wait by the phone for two days?I could go on for many more words listing the problems.Dr. Martello should try calling his own office . If things don’t improve, he is going to eliminate new patients trying to be helped!

Dr. Martello is fabulous!!!! He is kind, thorough, and seems to truly care about his patients. He spent a lot of time answering my questions at both of the consults I've had with him, and he always responds to my concerns in a timely manner.

Dr. Martello was fine when he first started seeing my Mother but became hard to reach as her Parkinson's disease progressed. She was having a difficult time with a prescribed medicine and we could not even get his consultation. He did not visit her in the hospital. He did not return calls of my Mother's care providers. He missed my Mother's last appointment, a phone consultation, for god knows what reason. During the final 5 months of my mother's life he was not present and was inaccessible.
