I am a retired RN critical care. I found d Dr. Malone to be very informative, compassionate and personable. He was more than happy to share his knowledge.

Do not go tot his doctor. He is very rude, doesn't care what you have to say and judges you before ever meeting you. He also lies on his clinic reports. He doesn't believe test results preformed by other doctors and doesn't believe his patients. On top of that he is NEVER in the office so you will have to wait months just to get fed up with him and go find someone else.

I would definitely not recommend Dr. Malone. I was diagnosed with ALS and he said that he and his staff were there to support me. Not true. I could not get calls returned, I was not given a support group of a pt, ot, speech therapist, etc. I was told I had to have infusions in Jeff City. Not true. With my new doc I am able to do them at home. Much more but will stop here.

I would definitely insist that my family members would see Dr. Malone for neurological needs. He’s always in a good mood when I’ve seen him, very caring, and extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice! I’ve been a patient of his for 6 years now. He’s never failed me with his knowledge and care of my health issues. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Malone and would refer him to anyone!

I definitely advise against seeing Dr. Malone. He is intimidating and refuses to listen to the patient. He prescribes drugs which are especially dangerous instead of helping the patient taper off other drugs which have proven useless in the past.
