Don’t dare to be late!
I saw Dr Hubenak a year ago for the first time as a new patient. Seems like a great guy and a good doctor. He Kept me waiting for 20 mins plus and apologized as he came in the room as he clearly had to deal with something. I had my annual physical then and as I left I booked to see him one year later, today for my next annual medical. I was stuck in traffic and arrived 18 mins late for my appointment. No I couldn’t call as I’m not on hands free while driving. Front desk called him to ask if he’d still see me as I’m late, and told me no! I have to reschedule! Yes he’s still seeing other patients but no I’m late, end of. I’m told it’s easier to see a nurse practitioner & perhaps I should reschedule to see him, wait for it, NEXT YEAR!Gutted. Now I’m late for everything, annual bloods, women’s testing etc etc etc. get there 5 mins late AT your peril! He can be late and you have to accommodate that, but YOU can NOT be!
