The best!
Dr. Hagen was our children's pediatrician for years. He's very trustworthy, knowledgeable and approachable. You will not find a doctor that cares more about your child than him.

I have seen Dr. Joyce and Nurse practitioner Sarah at this office for years. When Dr. Hagen started at the wentzville office they made him my children's primary since that's the office I usually went to. My experience with Dr. Hagen was definitely less than impressive. He is very rude, very pushy and talks down to you like he's better than you. I will never have my children see him again.

Dr. Hagen was very pushy with vaccines that are not required. He even went as far as lying to me about our previous (retired) pediatricians opinion on said vaccine. I wouldn't take my kids to him, or recommend him to anyone. I don't feel that he has the patients best interest, at heart.

Dr. Hagen is the best. He always listens to parent concerns and even my son who is terrified of doctors likes him.

We absolutely love Dr. Hagan! We were worried about our son after we found a lump on his foot. Dr. Hagan went out of his way to call me in the evening and reassure me that it wasn't an issue of major concern. I thought i would've had to wait at least 2 days to find something out and he gave me piece of mind much sooner. Best doctor ever!!

We had no trouble with making appointments. Dr. Hagen and staff seemed knowledgeable at visits. The problem was lack of organization of our files and deatils and the inability to mail out prescriptions within the 24-48 hours that they promise. We are now searching for a different pediatrician.
