Very calm and assuring

Kept me waiting for an hour and updated my chart with misleading and accurate information.

I was ordered to have scans performed by Dr. Brackenrich after an ongoing undiagnosed medical issue. I never received a follow-up a week later and I am still waiting. I found out by going to the ER that I do have an illness that is quite serious. I was told by the staff at Riverside Medical that the Dr. B. left a note that everything looked fine. When asked if the doctor could call me back directly, the receptionist told me that he was on vacation. I had called multiple times but there is a switchboard that connects you to the main office and the main office never picks up or I was told that their phone system had technical issues. How do you run a doctor's office, dealing with people's lives, and not have a working phone? The treatment is beyond negligence and should be investigated. This is a serious issue that goes beyond the doctor-patient relationship. If it were not for me switching my PCP to a new PCP then I would probably not be here to write this note.

The pharmacist advised me to switch doctors when I constantly had problems with refills. I would schedule visits and pay a charge to ensure I received my meds on time, but there were still complications. Perish the thought that you require a restricted drug. He will make you feel like the liar you are not. Has a judgmental attitude, does not listen, has no empathy, and simply says "yeah uh huhhhhhh" in varied lengths before concluding with a huge phony smile and have a wonderful day. He definitely should emphasize that you will not be receiving your medications on schedule. Additionally, at the conclusion, with his large phony smile.
